Check In Information
Reception hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays to Friday and Saturday 10.00 am – 3.00 pm. If you will be arriving outside these hours, please contact us before your arrival to arrange check in. A Credit-Card pre-authorisation of $150.00 is required on check-in. The pre-authorisation will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state. Please note: we do not accept cash.
